Membership should be applied through a written application form. The application process is complete after being approved by board of directors and membership fee paid.

	Individual member: Any individual above the age of twenty, and subscribes to the objectives and causes of ATMT.
	Group member: Any public or private institution or organization that subscribes objectives and causes of ATMT.
	Donated member：Any individual or organization who has contributed financially to ATMT.

	Registration Fee: NT$1,000 for individual membership and NT$15,000 for group membership.
	Annual Fee: NT$1,000 for individual member and NT$5,000 for

	Right to speak, right to vote, right to elect and be elected.
	A copy of annual technology transfer survey and analysis of relevant studies.
	Member address book.
	Annual conference and local meetings.
	Training and speeches on special topics.
	ATMT publications.
